The WE committee aims to promote gender diversity and women’s career progression while raising awareness among key stakeholders in EVOLEN’s member companies.
Its main objectives are:
– Promoting the role of women in companies and achieving gender equality in the workplace.
– Fostering gender diversity and raising awareness among key industry players.
– Establishing a network for women working in SMEs and larger businesses and helping create similar networks spanning different companies.
– Sharing experiences between companies and networks while ensuring the autonomy of each.
– Providing mentorship for women and men, with mentors being both men and women.
– Organizing events with testimonials from female role models, roundtable discussions, workshops or working groups.
– Publishing a biennial barometer on the status of women in our sector.
– Participating in the annual ‘EVOLEN Days’ event and promoting diversity to lead sessions.
