Having identified upcoming projects with local, international or subcontracting companies, EVOLEN develops a programme of conferences and visits to local stakeholders such as the Ministries of Oil and Gas or Energy, government agencies working in the fields of energy or raw materials, government-owned companies, IOCs (International Oil Companies) or major subcontractors. These exchanges are usually complemented by B2B sessions.

EVOLEN’s work in this area relies on the expertise of local chambers of commerce, foreign trade advisors (CCE), Medef International or Business France.

Moreover, these missions often provide an opportunity for member companies of the association that did not previously know each other to meet.

The most recent missions organized focused on Mauritania and Senegal, Mozambique, Angola and Uganda/EACOP. At least a dozen companies from the sector participated in each of these missions.

For the year 2023, EVOLEN’s planned missions, at this time, are one in Scotland from March 27th to 31st and one in a Gulf country. Other possibilities are under consideration in the Asia-Pacific region.
