Port Reunion is directly connected to Europe (15 days transit-time) , Indian sub-continent (6 days) south East Asia (9 days) and Africa (4 days) through 11 regular containerized and roro shipping services. Port Reunion is well located to host an advanced logistical facility in the vicinity of East Africa and can provide logistics solutions in a risk-free" environment. As a port services provider, GPMDLR delivers the following services: - Top class infrastructures (4000 sqm of bonded warehouses, 6 Ha of multipurpose yards connected to wharves) - Yard and shore electric power outlets and modern IT connections and lightings. - Ship to shore cranes (50-70t under hook , outreach 14-21 container rows) and mobile harbor crane (LHM 400 :max lifting cap. 124t) operated by private stevedores. - Dry-docking facilities for vessels up to 62 m LOA, - Unloading petroleum products from tanker vessels (light and heavy hydrocarbons) - Fire safety and anti-pollution services pertaining tanker unloading, - A wide range of shore supply."
